1. Privacy

This privacy and security agreement includes explanations about information collection and distribution situations on NYRU.net and websites owned by NYRU.

NYRU logs the IP addresses of all users who access the website and registered customers with a LOG system, which will be used to resolve any issues that arise. Our system includes a Cookie system to monitor security and prevent the viewing of duplicate content.

Customers must fill in the fields in the membership registration form (name, address, phone, email, date of birth, ID number) and, if applicable, fields related to the legal entity (tax number, tax office). These fields are used by NYRU for collecting financial information to process payments for purchased products and services and other required legal situations.

NYRU will not use, share, or sell any customer information beyond its own organization.

NYRU will not exceed the privacy and security commitments stated in the agreement and will not be responsible for obtaining, altering, or interfering with information due to any customer vulnerabilities.

2. Security

Our website has security measures implemented to prevent information loss, unauthorized use, and unauthorized alterations. These security measures include:

  • During the process of obtaining new information due to forgotten membership details, photographing and comparing the front and back of your ID card and sending it to us via email or support request
  • Presence of unchangeable fields in your profile information.
  • Storage and retention of the content of notifications sent via support requests.
  • Keeping records and storage of all correspondence and conversations with us.
  • Retention of email contents sent to and from you.
  • Protection of your access to our site with SSL certification.

3. Editing and Deleting Information

Our customers have the right to edit all personal and corporate information stored in our system at any time. Our company may review these details to ensure their accuracy. However, the information of our individual or corporate customers stored in the system cannot be deleted for the duration required by law, even if they terminate their products, services, or contracts.

After the mandatory period, individual or corporate customers can request the deletion of their information. To do so, an email must be sent to info[at]nyru.net notifying the situation.

For payments made online, customers' credit card information is not stored by us, and no access to this information is available.

It is declared that the Privacy Agreement specified by NYRU SERVICES LIMITED have been read and accepted by the Customer.
